A clear product catalogue helps a buyer understand the item and quotation scope quickly. Keep the product name, identifying code, unit and current image consistent in one record.

Add packaging dimensions, minimum order quantity and technical documents only from verified sources. Leave unknown fields blank instead of guessing, and wait for supplier confirmation.
